What we don’t know about ourselves can hurt us. Coming to know yourself is a lifetime job often made easier with help. It is not about being given answers. It’s about finding the answers you already have but struggle to see, to know and to live.
Others
People need people. And relationship always involves risk and pain. Expanding relational capacity requires eveloping the ability to stay in touch with self while deeply connecting with the other. It is both art and dance.
